Learner Mentors provide our learners with a wide range of activities through enrichment such as the Enjoy Programme and the Passport to Success programme. They can also offer advice with regards to pastoral matters including accommodation, finance and emotional support.
You can contact one of our Learner Mentors at Lincolnshire Regional College by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
In the interest of all our learners we have a Safeguarding Team who are available to talk to if learners have any concerns, are unhappy, or even if they are worried about the welfare of a friend or fellow learner. They are here to help and can be approached easily. Learners can talk to one of the team about such things as bullying, accommodation problems, abuse (in any of its forms), self-harm or whatever may be a concern.

I am the Centre Manager at Lincolnshire Regional College (LRC) with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Centre and also have a responsibility for the Lincolnshire Rural Activity Centre (LRAC) in Louth.
I served 12 years in the RAF as a Policeman both in the UK and overseas. I am also a qualified Driving Instructor. I am married with a young son. I enjoy walking, playing golf and watching motorsports, particularly motorbike racing.
I have great experience of supporting learners with attendance and behavioural issues after spending a number of years as a non-teaching Head of House at Havelock Academy in Grimsby.
I am excited about the journey we are undertaking to grow and establish LRC as the premier provider of further education in and around Skegness. I aim to lead LRC to be a supportive and productive Learning Centre ensuring that all who walk through the doors and enrol on courses here receive an unrivalled educational experience.
We will ask for learners to commit to an excellent level of attendance and effort in all sessions and in return we will promise to do everything we can to support them to succeed.
